Search Schwag

Over the past several years, Google has been experimenting with adding a its own promotion label to video ads they have been running. They made this change in order to test out promoting Google products, such as its checkout services at the top of its own search results pages. The label titled “Google Promotion” can be seen in the top right corner of ads listed in organic search results pages. This lets consumers know that the Google is advertising its products while making online purchasing easier. Google has found yet another way to spread its brand awareness, and has initiated similar promotions with searches for custom watches and other products.
