Search Schwag

Here is an interesting question: Should promoting kid safe search engines be the responsibility of the search engines, the education industry (like elementary schools and teachers), or solely the parents?

Search engines like KidsClick! and Yahooligans filter out sites that are inappropriate for children. I wonder if these types of search engines ever attend community events to raise awareness of tools that protect kids when they are using the internet. They could give out fun promotional items like youth apparel and board games with their logo imprinted on the box or game pieces.
